Bakers’ Fair & Foodmart, Inc. began in 1965 in Metro Manila. They were instant favorites with their Pan de Sal and Pullman Bread. First time customers were very happy with their products. Freshly made Hopia were available everyday. To keep up with ever-improving business demands, they moved their bakery to a bigger location in Sta. Cruz Manila in 1982. Since then more branches opened, Avenida, Recto, Quiapo and Binondo.

Their mission is to be one of the principal producers of baked products in the country.
